The SAIE exhibition is one of the most important events in the construction business in Europe. This year, between 19 and 22 October, it was the 56th time Bologna had hosted the industry representatives. 430 companies presented their offer.
Participation in this event for us is a constant and very important point in the trade fair calendar worldwide. The Bologna exhibition contributes hugely to the development of sales network on the Italian market.
– Interest in the SAIE trade fair was enormous. Already on the first day our stand attracted crowds of visitors, from a lot of countries. What enjoyed especially high interest were our PVC windows, , lift and slide systems and façade blinds, which we showcased for the first time at the Italian trade fair. The visitors were also very interested in our technical innovations applied in blinds, roller shutters and doors, regarding systems of smart home control, or the possibility to control with a smartphone or a tablet – says dr Kamila Newlin-Łukowicz, DRUTEXvice president.
We export our products to over 40 countries all over the world, and foreign sales amount to ca. 80 percent of total turnover. Italy is one of our key markets.
– It is our major export destination. We have created an offer dedicated to the requirements of clients in Italy. We have certificates and technical attestations specific for the Italian market – says dr Kamila Newlin-Łukowicz. – Our products stand out for design, functionality as well as high quality. We have been one of the most recognizable window and door brands in Italy for years, thanks to execution of marketing campaigns and coherent communication strategy. And we’re not done yet.
We took part in the prestigious SAIE building exhibition in Bologna where we had the opportunity to present our new, innovative offer, and conduct numerous meetings with contractors. The visitors showed huge interest in our products.
